He laughed and shook his head. “A lot come to mind for me.”
“I don’t care” She sat up and kissed him square on the lips “I like you just the way you are”
“You should care.” He sighed, gently brushing her cheek with his knuckles. “Because you’re stuck with me and my issues for a while.”
sam-the-fairy:
wingless-freak:
“Hmn…I’m sure there’s a list of cons, too.”
“maybe, but none of them come to mind” She replied, curling tighter
He laughed and shook his head. “A lot come to mind for me.”
sam-the-fairy:
wingless-freak:
“For what?” He leaned down slightly to kiss her cheek.
“For everything. For loving me, supporting me, being there for me…the list goes on”
“Hmn…I’m sure there’s a list of cons, too.”
sam-the-fairy:
wingless-freak:
“I think you’ll be just fine, love. You just need to quit getting yourself into trouble.” He sighed, gently rubbing her back.
She closed her eyes and hummed with pleasure to the touch on her back “Thank you Tracy.”
“For what?” He leaned down slightly to kiss her cheek.
sam-the-fairy:
wingless-freak:
“This’ll be the last one, then?” He forced a small smile. “It’s alright, Sam; I really just want you to be safe.”
“I certainly hope this will be the last one…” she curled up on top of the covers, her head slipping off his knee and onto the bed with the rest of her, wings stretching outwards and resting in his lap
“I think you’ll be just fine, love. You just need to quit getting yourself into trouble.” He sighed, gently rubbing her back.
sam-the-fairy:
wingless-freak:
“Oh.” He pulled his hands back. “Right. I remember now.” He folded his hands in his lap. “I didn’t really mean that, I was just worried about you; I’m still worried about you.”
“I know…” She tilted backwards and rested her head on his knee. “I really shouldn’t do things to worry you like that. I’m so sorry Tracy.”
“This’ll be the last one, then?” He forced a small smile. “It’s alright, Sam; I really just want you to be safe.”
sam-the-fairy:
wingless-freak:
He frowned, stopping his hands. “I said that..?”
She nodded. “You were freaking out remember? Ranting about how unwise it was for me to challenge an immortal sin and telling me to just run away…” Her voice went softer as she talked and she eventually fell silent
“Oh.” He pulled his hands back. “Right. I remember now.” He folded his hands in his lap. “I didn’t really mean that, I was just worried about you; I’m still worried about you.”
sam-the-fairy:
wingless-freak:
“I wish you wouldn’t act like that, Sam..” He mumbled, awkwardly running his fingers along the base of her wings.
“Mmm…” She hummed, head tilting back slightly. “Well you said it yourself. The odds are pretty stacked against me…I just hope my plan works…It’s the only one I’ve got, really.”
He frowned, stopping his hands. “I said that..?”
sam-the-fairy:
wingless-freak:
He sighed, resting his chin on her shoulder. “You shouldn’t be. You’ll be fine.”
“If you say so…” She leaned her head against his as she fanned her wings out for him to do with as he pleased
“I wish you wouldn’t act like that, Sam..” He mumbled, awkwardly running his fingers along the base of her wings.
sam-the-fairy:
wingless-freak:
“Are you alright?” He frowned slightly and moved a hand to her waist, the other on her back.
She nodded “Mmhm, still just a bit nervous…a-about tomorrow”
He sighed, resting his chin on her shoulder. “You shouldn’t be. You’ll be fine.”
